Rihanna was spotted last night showing off her new highlights in New York City. When it comes to her outfit, I like it with the coat on but without her coat it looks like an oversized potato sack with black and white lines. It doesn’t show enough of her curves for me. But other than the dress [which is damn near the whole outfit] she looks cute.
